3. Account setup:

We'll handle the setup and reach out to the suppliers on your behalf.

4. Access your suppliers:

Once approved, we'll email you login details to access your chosen suppliers’ catalogue pricing through our Quantum platform.

What are the membership costs?

How long will it take to get contacted by suppliers?

Suppliers will reach out to you within 48 hours of your membership acceptance. They will primarily offer cash accounts, but credit accounts may be provided at the supplier's discretion after evaluating existing trading relationships and conducting any necessary financial checks.

How do I access the discounted prices?

Once you’ve signed up and your application has been approved, we will share your Quantum log in details so you can gain access to the great discounted prices from your chosen suppliers via our Quantum platform.

The suppliers I use are not currently listed in Quantum. Will you be adding more suppliers in the future?

While suppliers may change over time, our current selection has been carefully chosen for their extensive range, exceptional product quality, robust distribution network, and excellent value for money. We are confident that these suppliers can provide the services you need to successfully complete your projects. Leveraging our deep market knowledge, we have ensured that the majority of customers' needs are comprehensively covered.

If I buy non-listed products from the listed suppliers, will I need to place separate orders and receive separate invoices?

Different suppliers may have different arrangements. You might need a sub or sister account linked to your primary merchant account to buy products not available through our Commercial Procurement solution. As a member, we recommend asking your supplier for a member price. We can add any items to the pricelist at your request and with the supplier's agreement.

What if the items listed within the Quantum platform doesn’t include all the materials and products I want to order?

You don’t need to worry.  You can buy any product the supplier supplies.

How often will the pricing be reviewed, and what is the procedure for implementing any price changes?

Our product pricing is meticulously negotiated with each supplier to ensure you receive the best possible deals. Our dedicated procurement team is committed to securing competitive prices for our customers by working closely with suppliers. Rest assured, any updates or adjustments to product pricing will be updated in Quantum, ensuring you always have access to the very latest prices.
