Our story
Founded in 1987
Originally established under the name CEL, our founders began this journey with a clear vision for creating customised procurement solutions at scale. Over the course of nearly three decades, we established ourselves as a key player in the supply chain space, driven by our proven track record of offering value-for-money solutions, reduced costs, operational efficiencies and strong supplier relationships.
March 2015 rebrand & expansio
In 2015, CEL officially became Inprova Group Ltd. This reimagining sought to continue our legacy of innovative procurement solutions by expanding our services through new energy partner acquisitions. These acquisitions would later result in our largest sale yet, providing our team with a renewed focus on our original vision of optimising supply chains.
November 2022 MBO & advancements
In 2022, our enhanced procure capabilities were strengthened by a complete management buyout spearheaded by private equity firm NVM and CEO Steve Malone. Steve’s mission was to advance Inprova’s tech, resulting in the enhancement of our in-house Quantum platform.
Today
Inprova’s innovative tech solution and consultancy-led approach to contract management have continued to make our team one of the most valuable supply chain partners for organisations of every size and scale. Now, we’re ready to get to work for you.
